  • Become aware of foods and lifestyle choices that suppress your metabolism. Things that may be considered “healthy” in the mainstream approach but have been sabotaging your efforts.

  • Learn which foods and lifestyle choices heal your body and increase energy. Some very simple tweaks and recommendations that will set you off on the right track.
